Cha-am is quite a small village, but it has a Macro to do the big Shoppings, there is 7-eleven in the corner of the condo, and across the beachfront is full of restaurants, shops and coffeeshops. Also there are events every weekend at the centre, concerts, and night food market on wednesdays. We spent the Songkran here it was amazing, such an experience! Cha-am has really good restaurants and a few really good places to eat around. it's literally next to the beach, you can listen to the waves from the balcony on your apartment. The apartments have all the amenities you might need, and all the workers and neighbours are lovely and friendly. We will definitely come back!

The garden is amazing. Diego keeps it in a perfect condition. You can enjoy the silence and peace of that area. You will need a car or a scooter to get to the city, but Diego provides his scooter for a very reasonable price. We loved it and would 100% book again. Thanks to Diego and Jeab 🙏

The house equip with all basic appliances that you are looking for in your vacation; air condition, microwave, refrigerator, TV as well as kitchen utensil that allow you to cook your food.
