The house has a very welcoming atmosphere and Alice and Thanos are very gracious hosts - always there with a kind smile and willing to help, but never interrupting your peaceful and quiet vacation. The food was exceptional - probably the best breakfast I have ever had. Having your breakfast in the back garden while looking at the ocean was an incredible experience. The house is located directly on the beach and simply cannot be closer to the ocean. I am now measuring and comparing all hotel stays to the experience we had here, and I can tell you everyone is going to have a hard time beating Philoxenia. Thank you, Alice and Thanos!

The house is really cute, small but well designed. It also has a fenced-in outside area, and the friendly hosts gave us access to their beautiful pool, which was a huge perk!

Host gave us a small meal free after driving up the hill in the dark from airport due to flight delays. The hosts were very friendly and used google translate when our French faltered. We had a good breakfast very early to catch sunrise on the maido. Room was comfy with small deck outside.

Lovely stay with all amenities available. The hosts left us fresh baguette every morning. On the final day we had to leave very early and there was even a baguette on the terrace before 7 am! Can simply recommend this place

Perfect place to relax after a trip in the mountains and also perfect to discover lots of museums, go snorkeling or just enjoy the culture. Restaurants, beach and a good bakery nearby (walking distance)

Thomlocation mempunyai tab mandi panas, serta penginapan yang berhawa-dingin dengan WiFi percuma di Saint-Paul, 29km dari The House of Coco. The accommodation is great! It is right a the beginning of the Canalisation des Orangers which goes to Mafate. The views from this route are astoundingly beautiful, but it took me the whole day to go there and back (and I woke up at 5!). You don't need to go all the way to Mafate though and you will still get a gorgeous walk. When you are back the Jacuzzi will be waiting for you.
