The owner let us have early check in and late check out due to our flights schedule and was super nice about it. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner, and was a cozy place to spend the holidays. It was our home away from home!

Beautiful green garden in front of each house. Regular blackbirds and sparrows visits. “Singing” cagarros at night. Good starting/ending point for best trails on Flores. Great small shop / mini bar in the town. Really nice and helpful host (Ricardo).

Very large, fully equipped and stylish apartment conveniently located on the heights of Lajes. Access by car is easy. The hosts really did the utmost to make us feel welcome: they even managed to enable a very early check-in for us, as we arrived in the morning. Coffee tabs for the nespresso machine and other goodies were offered!, and a word of welcome (in French) on the kitchen whiteboard. We had detailed instructions for everything and humidity was not a problem at all! We did not cook, just prepared breakfast, and had little time to enjoy the view, as we were constantly on tour. Going out to restaurants in the evening requires driving… or uphill walking with a full belly, but even the latter is feasible.

The location is the best, very close to several restaurants, a supermarket and a bar with the ocean view and amazing coffee. The host left some food for breakfast for us which was very appreciated, and we especially enjoyed the local pineapple jam. The house had everything you need for your stay. It was clean and quiet. Highly recommend to stay here!

The house has been renovated nicely with great decor. The showers are very nice as well. The location overlooks a beautiful valley. There is plenty of room in the apartment as well. The kitchen is well stocked to cook your own meals.

Location is great! The apartment is well equipped and tidy. Communication with the host was quick and easy, Pedro suggested what is worth to visit including hike suggestions and small present on arrival. The coffee pads for the coffee machine were provided by the host, which was nice.
