All staff is very attentive and helpful! We weren’t lucky with the weather and experienced a lot of rain but being welcomed to our room with Port wine and a great view was worth it!

Positive. Really went out of their way with arranging transports, booking tour guides,, suggesting restaurants, etc. Eggs to order each morning. Really wonderful! My best memory will be sitting out on the lawn drinking fantastic Portuguese wine with friends.

A smaller hotel with only 19 rooms, but with excellent designed interior. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with whatever you need. The location is also very good being only a short walk away from the river douro. The breakfast is excellent and also, the small swimming pool (with a bar) is a life saver on very hot days.

The room was beautiful. Breakfast was good and the staff were exceptional. We needed help getting to the hotel and they went out of their way to help us.
