We were on the 4th floor and the room had a balcony overviewing the rooftops of the buildings around. The stay was nice and pleasant, literally nothing to complain about, which just confirms that it was a good choice.

The receptionist of the apartment is very warm and friendly, and offered to give food recommendations if I need them. Clear directions were given for how to get to the apartment from the reception office, although it is very near also. Check out is also very convenient, as I just needed to deposit the apartment key into a mailbox.
