Quiet, clean and of good value for the money. We did not pay for breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Air conditioner worked well, which made sleeping much easier. Would definitely recommend to others who are traveling on a budget or don't feel the need for big expensive hotel rooms.

The view from the veranda over the adjacent farm at sunset was beautiful, and the host was very friendly. The unit was very clean and tidy, had everything you needed, including a full kitchen (even an air fryer!).

It is a beautifully decorated home surrounded by lush countryside and roaming sheep. We were greeted by the host who was very friendly and made us feel most welcome. The house is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. And Kitten, the resident cat, was an added bonus! There were many extra touches too such as fresh flowers in the bedrooms and bathroom.

Fantastic location on the coastal walkway, close to everything in New Plymouth. Such a unique property with ocean views, a hand carved rock outdoor tub, cozy seating, and unique decor. Hosts were lovely and inviting as well!
