I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! Breakfast is provided in a fridge for you to self-serve and there is plenty! (Cereal, fruits, toast, juice). What makes it outstanding is the hosts - extremely friendly and went the extra mile on many occasions, even giving us a lift to a local vineyard! Really enjoyed our stay.

The property has sea and mountain views, and is 600 metres from Shelley Beach. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. This might be the nicest place we have stayed since beginning extended travel in retirement. It was a bit more than our budget, but we cooked our dinners to compensate, which worked out well as we really enjoyed being there in the evenings. The photos do a great job of showing the large bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen. It's decorated like a home rather than a hotel, and has a large deck with a lovely view of the marina. It does take 10-15 minutes to walk into town, depending on your destination, but it's a lovely walk. We were able to arrange a ride into town with our luggage the morning we departed as we had already dropped a car off.
