Great for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable.

Casa de la Abuela is located in a quiet area of Ajijic, a 15-minute walk from the shores of Lake Chapala. It offers extensive gardens, an outdoor pool and rooms with partial lake views. Everything about this place is special, the staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating any requests you may have. The grounds are gorgeous and immaculately well kept, the pool is perfect temperature and the breakfast is outstanding aswell!. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here

It is well located, only a few blocks from the malecón that has wonderful restaurants, bars, and stores, and is only six short blocks to the main plaza with plenty to see and do. The owner connected with us early in the day, met us with the keys, let us know what was going on in the area, and was very accommodating.

A very comfy bed, lots of pillows, fine quality linens, and dishes and cutlery. This place is a cut above most. Also very clean and From Mexico very quiet. There’s a beautiful garden interesting art and a restaurant downstairs. The location is excellent. You can walk everything in Ajijic. The hosts are responsive, kind and accommodating, I love this place and will return.

I can't speak more highly of this place. If I come back to Ajijic I'll be booking this room far in advance. It was the perfect stay for me. Great shower and all of the amenity extras (towels, soaps, coffee, microwave, mini fridge).
