Even street dogs were quiet 🤫 Everything went well in our stay. The host is a very kind person. It was very easy to communicate with him. He gave us many great tips for "what to do?", "where to eat" etc. Breakfast was very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was big and very comfortable.

A couple of minutes driving from the wonderful beaches of Belle Mare and Palmer beach, this is a great place to enjoy the best of Mauritius in a far more economic way. We had a spacious bedroom with private bathroom and a little kitchen where we could cook our own meals, But Shanti Nivas is a lot more than just a place to stay, this is a place where you feel like home. The host, Mr. jay is a one of a kind master host. He does everything to make you feel at home, and soon he became a friend. Don't expect a 5 stars resort by 1/10 of the price you pay for it in Mauritius, but you can certainly expect a 10 times better service. Thanks Jay, you're the man and you have built a quite unique concept in Mauritius by allowing everyone to have the possibility of visit the wonderful Mauritius with a limited budged. I cannot recommend enough your place to anyone who always dreamed to visit Mauritius but couldn't afford the extremely expensive hotels.

Overlooking Grand river Sud, near the ferry to go to Ile Aux Cerfs. Local neighbourhood close location to Eastern Mauritius beaches as it is just half an hour away from Ile Aux Cerfs. Property was very clean, people managing it were awesome. Kitchen was well stocked and also there was a washing machine.

Horisun offers accommodation in Belle Mare. The guest house has a barbecue and terrace, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The villa is fully equipped and furnished with taste! It is close to the beach and close to the island and in a very quiet neighborhood! Perfect for relaxing :)
