Guesthouse is located about 3.5 k from Old Town & bus station but it’s a few min walk to Long beach This part of town has a more local feel with expats visiting their home town. there are private combi buses to & from Old Town. About 2 euro each way. This family are amazing and honest. As female travelers we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are snug but very clean & comfy. We appreciate the effort put into providing such a nice space for travelers The dad picked us up at the bus station and gave us a ride to the bank another day. He didn’t ask for payment but he definitely earned and deserved a gratuity. Very thoughtful family.

The hotel has one of the most amazing position I have ever met…directly on the water. The rooms are cleaned everyday with great care. The breakfast was tasty and prepared fresh every day and the orange juice was real orange juice, not store bought. Also, the hotel has a parking which has 24/7 surveillance. The sea is cleaned everyday and warm, even though the entrance is rocky it has more than 80/90 meters of fine sand and clear water. Last but not least, the owners are making sure every second that you have all that you need, they give you great recommendations with places and beaches.

Great accommodation and amazing hosts. They thought about everything and even built rooms for a single person. The beach is near, as well as many restaurants and entertainment facilities. The city is not too far as well.

They gave us toiletries every other day and had a table outside the rooms which had a hairdryer, iron and many other things. The room it self was clean and big, we were a group of 4 and we had more than enough space. The view outside the balcony was also a bonus!! They also had a dresser with a big mirror where we could get ready. Overall our experience was the best and we will defo go again when we come back to ulqin for a holiday.

Hands down the basest place we stayed on our 15 day road trip through the Balkans! The sunset was stunning and lasted for what felt like ever. They really thought of everything when building the cabin. The hot tub was piping hot and exactly what we needed after days of hiking. They have a restaurant that we didn’t know about beforehand but I highly suggest you get there in time to eat there. It is stunning and the food looks incredible. We had car troubles upon leaving and Damir and his dad helped us get the care we needed! They are truly the kindest family! We will 100 percent come back to this gem!

The town center is not far by foot and it had lots of life and things going on even late at night. We enjoyed our stay very much.
