The property is quite small which we loved, only about 10 rooms, however the rooms were a very good size. The hotel is tucked away so no noise from the street or surrounding areas either and an easy 10 minute walk to the night market. We really enjoyed having the pool, which is clean and a good size. The manager is very friendly and welcoming and they do a tasty breakfast, fruit and then a main dish of your choice including a few egg options and more local dishes. They can also help book tours and transport and there are 2 bikes for free use which we used to cycle around the town. We would highly recommend Meunna Hotel to anyone visiting Luang Prabang.

There's nothing not to like. Keo, her family and her staff are extremely friendly people, always there to help, recommend things to go and keeping the place very clean. There only a handful of rooms so the place never get crowded. We work online and wifi was great. The balcony is very pleasant in the morning and at night (or anytime of the day really). We also did our laundry, which was done the day itself (20k kip per kilo). I would highly recommend it for a quiet place (apart from the street dogs barking) and away from all the activities of the city center but still very near center (10-15min walk via bamboo bridge or boat)

Offering a restaurant, Thongbay Guesthouse is located in Luang Prabang. It offers comfortable bungalows with a private balcony. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. We loved staying at Thong Bay Guesthouse. It is beautifully located at one of the tributaries of the Mekong, 10 min by TukTuk from the centre of town. Thy and his team have great attention to detail. We especially loved the wonderful breakfast served on the private balcony of our cabin every day.
