The facilities were exceptional with a nice LARGE bath, plenty of room and a fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very caring and filled the fridge with delicious local food, including the legendary Okayama Pione grape. Will come again next time we need to stay at Okayama!

We loved this house. It's in a perfect location in the Bikan Historical Quarter. It's easy to find. The staff welcome you in the toutou Gallery and provide information for your stay. The actual house was beautiful, traditional but still modern. There are all the amenities you could possibly require! The fruits provided for the breakfast were so delicious! It really is a wonderful place to stay. We didn't want to leave!

The location is great very close from the ferry.

Located in the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, Ryori Ryokan Tsurugata offers Japanese-style accommodations in a historical building from the Edo period. This ryokan is a traditional ryokan right in the middle of the historical town. One of the staff even gave us a tour of the building explaining how it was over a hundred years ago. The food and service was excellent.
