The property is really really close to train station, 2-3 minute walk. It is bigger than all other Japan accommodation I’ve been to, newly built so all amenities, equipment and appliances are new. There’s also a comprehensive English version on how to use all equipment so everything was so easy to use. Big bed, lounge, walk in dresser, fridge, microwave, stove and laundry all works well. They even have a documented staff recos on restaurants, etc. Toiletries/towels/detergent are available near lobby if you need more. Everything about this hotel was well thought of and I truly appreciated every detail. 100% highly recommended!

Conveniently located in central Kyoto, Ryokan KANADE offers a Japanese-style garden. My girlfriend and I stayed at Kanade in September 2024. The ryokan offers a beautiful interior and room, as well as a convenient location (there are two bus stops nearby, allowing easy access to anywhere in Kyoto). The room also has a great view of the garden. We ordered breakfast at the hotel as well. Despite some issues in scheduling breakfast for us, thanks to the excellent and well-coordinated work of the staff and chefs, we were able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast that same morning. The beds are very comfortable, and there’s a lovely yukata set for two in the room. We liked everything and would be happy to stay again. Special thanks to the hotel staff who worked hard to make our stay comfortable and resolved any minor issues as quickly as possible.

Featuring an on-site public hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant, Yuno Yado Shoei is located an 8-minute walk away from JR Tambaguchi Station. A great mix of a traditional and modern ryokan. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and traditional, while the amenities are modernised. The futon beds were surprisingly comfortable. The on-site onsen bath is very neat and tattoo friendly. Overall a very nice experience. The staff were very friendly, accomodating and very helpful.

Kyomachiya Ryokan Sakura Urushitei terletak 10 minit berjalan kaki dari kawasan Kawaramachi yang meriah. Ia menawarkan penginapan gaya Jepun dengan kemudahan moden dan reka bentuk tradisional. We managed to book there only one night, and other nights in a place closer to the historical part. We wish we could stay at this ryokan longer. Authentic experience and everything our though-out carefully.

Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the iconic Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Guesthouse Soi offers various rooms including private Japanese-style rooms and dormitory rooms. My family had an exceptional time at Guesthouse Soi. They went far and beyond to help us with everything. My kids can't wait to go back there!

Terletak di pusat Kyoto, 初音(はつね) mempunyai penginapan yang serba lengkap menawarkan WiFi percuma, 15-minit berjalan kaki dari Kuil Sanjusangen-do dan 1.2km dari TKP Garden City Kyoto. Where to start… This was without exaggeration the best stay we had so far in Japan! The room was excellent, with amazing view and the area was quiet but still walking distance to everything. Kevin was so kind, from before our trip until the very last minute. You can feel the Japanese hospitality the second you get in contact with Kevin. He even offered us a ride to the station with all our heavy luggage’s while he has a busy schedule. We also checked in earlier, our room was ready at 11:00, and we could check out at 12:00. This was luxury to us. We didn’t even ask for it but it was very welcome to say the least since we were a bit sick and jet lagged from our first days in Japan 😊. This whole experience exceeded way beyond our expectations! Wish we stayed longer in Kyoto. Arigato gozaimasu Hatsune Guesthouse 🙏🏼
