The tatami mat area with futons and small table was a hit with the grandkids. (who knew they had to be quiet due to it being a quiet home) We felt that after being greeted by a "hostess" at the main door at the agreed upon time, that we were in good hands in case we needed to contact them for anything.... which we did not...
