They offered us better rooms with a great view when we got there. The rooms were clean and with a powerful, hot shower. Any issues and requests were quickly resolved. The jeep tours were amazing, we were taken to some breathtaking places, including a sunset tour - enjoying hot Arabic tea, sitting in the middle of the beautiful Wadi Rum. I'm so glad we booked our camel rides through the camp, the camels we had were much healthier and cleaner than some other places we had seen during the trip. I can tell these animals are being well looked after. After a busy fun day, we had a delicious dinner in a lovely environment with the staff and other guests.

I had never experienced such piece and quiet in my life as I did there. Mahmoud - the guide - is an experienced nice guy with plenty of knowledge of the local customs and is sensitive to visitors´ needs. While touring through the desert, he made us a delicious lunch and answered anything we asked about the Jordan culture or family traditions.
