I highly recommend this place because of its convenient location near the train station and within walking distance to the Colosseum. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. They also provide a coffee machine with capsules available. There is a nice restaurant located behind the guest house that serves great pizza. The hosts are very friendly and even stored my luggage after check-out. In addition to easy self check-in.

Clean, spacious room very close to the metro. Very good breakfast was waiting for us every morning outside our room door. Renata was extremel;y helpful and kind to everything we requested. The chambermaids were very kind and responded imeediately to our requests.

Luxury Boutique Hotel terletak di daerah Vaticano Prati bagi Rome, 8-minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Metro Ottaviano dan 1.2km dari Stesen Metro Lepanto. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was exceptional and Renata was very attentive the entire time. Check in was very easy and communication was perfect. I would come back for my next trip to Rome:)
