We had an amazing stay at Har's place. The location is nothing short of dreamy, with amazing views of the valley hills just in front. Har has constructed all the houses (I recall around 3-4 now) by himself, you can check on his IG for more detail on how he built them! All of them are really comfortable and unique, following the local architecture, blending with nature and each of them providing a different experience. Har is an expert and consultant on organic farming and produces his own veggies that he uses to cook the most fantastic breakfasts you will ever have, super yummy and different everyday, with the plus of overviewing the views directly from your stay. Don't forget also to order dinner from him, much better than eating anywhere else, every meal was amazing. Har always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable, showed as around his plantation (he plants to reforest the area with a thousand fruit trees!) and the best: he gave us the best tips on the island, pointing spots that are not even in Google Maps and ready to explore. Think on pristine waterfalls, empty beaches, beautiful local villages, hills, etc. Please visit Har and Sumba before it gets ruined by the evils of mass tourism, and please visit with an open mind, it's raw, wild, authentic, and that's why is missing facilities compared with other destinations, but that what make it so unique and special. Casa Kandara mempunyai kolam renang luaran, taman, teres dan restoran di Waingapu. I spent 3 nights at Casa Kandara and would like to have stayed more. It's a really nice peaceful place with friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are cleaned each day and the bed comfortable. The breakfast overlooking rice paddies is excellent and the pool area is nice to read a book or cool down during a hot day. The airport transfer is a bonus too. Thanks Casa Kandara.

Terletak di Waingapu, Morinda Villa and Resto mempunyai taman, teres, restoran, dan WiFi percuma di seluruh tempat penginapan. Amazing location, Freddy the owner is such a welcoming and warm person. He gave us so many tips about travelling through sumba and recommended us to join the sunrise trekking on the hills next to the villa. We paid only 250.000 and we got an incredible sunrise! The views were stunning and he loves to share his passion for nature and culture! The villa was in great condition and the breakfast was good. Our highlight was definitely his own weaving art. He has a little shop in the reception area with local pieces. But he mentioned that his profession is being a Weaver and he has higher quality pieces in his house. He invited us to his place and showed us all his work and we were listening to him for 1 hour. The pieces are made with such beautiful patterns ans designs. We bought one, and this is our favourite souvenir of 2 months travelling through Indonesia and Vietnam. If you stay here, make sure to talk to Freddy :)

Menawarkan pemandangan taman, Oro Beach Houses di Weetebula menawarkan penginapan, taman, kawasan pantai peribadi, lounge berkongsi, teres dan restoran. The staff were wonderful and the place was really nice. For this price in Sumba, it’s hard to find anything better. There were a few more insects in the room compared to places like Bali, but it wasn’t a big issue thanks to the mosquito net, which was in perfect condition despite what some other reviews mentioned. We stayed in two different rooms and had no problems.

Menawarkan pemandangan taman, Lambo Homestay di Waikabubak mempunyai penginapan, taman, lounge berkongsi, teres dan restoran. The homestay is in a gorgeous Marapu traditional house. Our host, Naila, is delightful and knowledgeable. The food is reasonably priced, healthy and oh so delicious!

Located along the private Purukambera Beach, Cemara Beachfront Suite offers free parking facilities and rooms with ocean views. The place is just amazing if you wanna get away from the crowd and relax in heaven. They treat you like royalty and make sure you feel home from the first moment. The restaurant is sublime, the beach is on your doorstep and the staff are professionals and yet super sweet and caring. We rented a scooter from them and explored the savanna, waterfalls and traditional villages. On booking breakfast is mentioned to be 13 euro but in reality it is much cheaper. Food is super delicious and very affordable. I hope they start giving cooking classes in future.

Terdapat dapur kecil yang serba lengkap dan bilik mandi peribadi. if you want something outside of the beaten track, far away from people this is the place for you. open bamboo hut at the beach front was very relaxing and calm.
