The staff were super kind and helpful. I even forgot something when I left and they made sure it got back to me before I left Rio Dulce. You get there by boat so keep in mind that if you want to eat elsewhere or want to buy anything, you have to take a short boat ride to town. Its fairly priced to boat to and from and there is a restaurant at the hotel with a huge selection of food. I would definitely stay here again.
