Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. The owner Artemis and his wife Anna are so friendly and nice. The other staffs are very nice as well. It’s a little bit far from central towns but that’s why it’s quiet and cozy. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really liked this hotel.

First and foremost, I want to thank the staff, who made us feel not like we were in a hotel, but at home! We were upgraded to a higher-standard room, but I also had a chance to peek into the other rooms, and all of them are very well-equipped. Our room was on the first floor, which mesnt we had to go downstairs to access the pool, but since it was late October, we didn’t use in that much. The room had a balcony with a view of the pool, trees and little cozy parking, which I really loved. Our room was essentially a small apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, toaster, dishes, kettle, cutlery and a wine opener), and a bathroom. It was fantastic setup for me as I was travelling with a baby and a teenage daughter. For my baby they provided a crib, and there was a baby chair in the breakfast too. Breakfast were delicious, served buffet-style, but the kitchen lovely lady always made special french toast for us. The location is excellent, close to scenic viewpoints and the main tourist areas yet slightly if the beaten path, which provides more tranquility. It’s also conveniently near a shoo, pharmacy and bus station.

Anemoessa Villa is only 1 km from Oia’s centre. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi, homemade breakfast and panoramic views over the Aegean Sea. The best place where to stay in Santorini. Irini and Angie are so welcoming as the other people of the staff, they make you feel part of a family. Rooms are very clean, cleaned so well every day, you have a small kitchen to cook if you want and the view of the sunset is amazing from the pool. The pool is the cleanest, everything is so comfy. Breakfast is so big, with typical greek food but also continental, varies every day. The position is perfect: only 15 Minutes walking from the center of Oia, bus stop to Fira is very near.

Situated in a peaceful area of Fira, just 500 metres from the main square, Gianna Suites provides a charming base with a traditional courtyard and outdoor pool. Gianna Suites was easily walkable from both Fira and Firostefani but was located on a side street off the other side of the main road and therefore was quiet and peaceful, with lovely views out to the sea and flatter areas of Santorini. So it was also easily walkable to those areas as well. I especially loved the little private balcony which was warm and sunny and brought refreshing air inside. The hosts were exceptionally engaging and welcoming, offering a genuine sense of hospitality and organising tour and trip arrangements with sincere helpfulness. The drivers were also very engaging and genuine. Santorini, as a whole, treats visitors with great politeness. As an older, solo traveller, I felt safe and respected. I greatly appreciated their cheerful and honest responses, and also the self-respect and respect for Santorini that they showed. I value the authenticity which greeted me.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. An absolute gem, you can’t get better hospitality than from Angelos, Eirini, Sissy and Chris! This family owed guest house was a great location, 5mins walk to Perissa beach and all the great restaurants and bars.

Villa Agas terletak secara senyap-senyap dalam jarak hanya 450 meter dari bandar utama Fira dan 800 meter dari dataran utama. Ia menawarkan kolam renang luaran. Especially I was so impressed by the gentleman at the reception. As I needed to check-out very early in the morning, far before my arrival date, I asked a question via e-mail by telling the time I would need to leave. Upon my arrival, I learnt that this gentleman understood everything from the e-mail communication between Villa Agas and myself, and before I may have felt the need to ask a question or two, this gentleman gave me all the information I would need. In a detailed but simple and warm fashion. I think, as far as I can remember from my travel experiences, this does not happen often. As I want to come back to Santorini someday, Villa Agas is going to be my first choice.

Very spacious and modern suites but with a classical charm. It is clear how well everything has been thought out. A small family-run business with a very warm and accommodating host who made our stay a real pleasure. We didn't want to leave!
