Brand new unit, spacious, clean, modern with balcony. The area is quiet, about 3 KM from the center, but lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets very close. Parking space, very nice and responsive owner. Large leaving room, and on the second floor is the bedroom, plus another small room, all air conditioned. Highly recommended, excellent spot to go to Zaguria villages. We'd love to come back!

Communication with Alex was perfect and the apartment is within walking distance of the center of Ioannina. We enjoyed it and we will definitely come back!

Perfect if you want to get away from the noise. They get a lot of sunshine during the day, which in combination with the small private pool makes it great for sunbathing.
