The host was very welcoming and her breakfasts were amazing! She also went out of her way to provide gluten free breakfast. The location was great - in a much quieter area than Stepantsmida. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

The area where the cottage located is quiet but convenient. Even it is at the edge of the town, but restaurants are neaby around only 3-5 mins walking distance. The staff is quiet helpful. He will open the heating in advance before we arrive. The view is breathtaking in the early morning from the cottage.

The hosts/staff was around and helped us to start the sauna and hot tub (both wood fired).

The cottage is perfect in every way: The view of Mount kazbegi is gorgeous, it has all the facilities you can want and there is a nice garden from where you can see the whole valley. Inside its also a very cosy place to be and it's very quiet, truely a unique stay. The beds are also very good so we all slept great. The location is perfect as its only 8 mins walk to the supermarket while being away from the main roads so no noise. The man that runs it (Zurab) is also very nice and interesting and helped us with our trip to and from Stepantsminda at a very fair price. Definitely recommend!

Nice terrace and place to make a bbq. Highly recommended.
