The Avenue is perfectly located 3 mins walk from the delightful town centre of Bakewell with a good selection of bars and restaurants and local bus services very close by.The property was spotlessly clean and very warm and welcoming and very quiet at nights despite being situated on the A6.Sarah the proprietor was an excellent and helpful host and provided a lovely breakfast of delicious locally sourced ingredients and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !.

Rose Cottage - Cosy cottage in Millers Dale di Buxton mempunyai penginapan dengan WiFi percuma, 19km dari Chatsworth House, 37km dari FlyDSA Arena dan 39km dari Menara Alton. Fabulous cottage. Very comfortable and characterful, beautiful location, well-equipped and much more spacious inside than it looks from the outside. There are lovely walks locally and the river Wye is just across the road. A pub a few minutes' walk away and it's just a few miles from Buxton. The supply of tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen was a nice touch.

We had the most perfect weekend. Nicky was such an attentive host in the lead up to our trip and during our stay. So many great recommendations and lovely treats left for us on our arrival which you don’t expect. She goes above and beyond to make your experience special, thank you so much. Location was just as we wanted, in the middle of rolling hills it was stunning. We were so lucky with the weather while there too. Waking up to that view was amazing. There are some lovely pubs around which are a short drive away. If you’re looking to do walks we did Thors cave one day. This was just beautiful scenery and little lambs and sheep everywhere you looked it was lovely. Then we did the three dales. For a bit of fun we also went to Alton towers one day which was great too. The shepherd hut itself is perfect. So cute and has everything you need for a cosy stay. We hope to come back one day and this little gem will be recommended to family and friends for sure. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. It was perfect in every way.

Katrina and Tim are amazing, they even added small touches like fresh milk in a tiny glass bottle and a milk refrigerator (didn't know this thing existed).
