We had the best stay ever! We were picked up from the bus station, the driver was very friendly, speaks very good English. He asked us about our plans and told us we can book any trips with him. He warned us about hustle and scam, where to buy anything we need. When we arrived to the apartment (early), Mohamed was welcoming us, asked if we want any coffee or tea, we could hang out in the pool area and have amazing breakfast in the restaurant just across the street, until our room was ready. The waiter in the restaurant was also very friendly, also speaks very good English, the food was cheap and very delicious, so we head all our meals in this restaurant. Mohamed also helped us with buying SIM card, water and everything we needed. We forgot a small bag on the bus, Mohamed immediately helped us and we had the bag in less than an hour. He also helped us with booking trips, we visited Karnak temple, Valley of the Kings with the same driver and went on a sunset boat trip with a (also very friendly and welcoming) boat driver. Mohamed took care of everything we needed, the location is close to the Nile and quiet. It was above our expectations, we will definitely come back! :)

I booked all the activities through the guest house, the attention was incredible and all the tours were tailored to my needs. I would recommend it 100 % and I will definitely go back when I visit Luxor again.

Our experience in Tasneem Palace couldn't be better! Mahmoud and Mohammed were really attentive and kind with everything we needed! They shown us their wonderful freed garden and gave us really good tips to visit Luxor! They offered to prepare egipcian dinner for us and it was the best choice we could have made! If we ever come back, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again at their place! You won't regret it! Thank you for this wonderful experience :)
