It's 2 km from the airport, 10-15 minutes walk from the main pier. In general you can get by walk everywhere and there's a lot of shopes around (unfortunatelly with no big choice and without prices displayed but it's a norm on San Cristobal). Alexita and her daughter, who live in the house, are friendly. There are two rooms for rent, one with private bathroom. Whole house is clean, kitchen is well equiped and there's a washing machine you could use for free (and place to dry clothes).

There are three reasons why I rate this hostal so highly. Firstly, comfort. I had a full one bedroom apartment with all amenities. The unit is bright, very high ceilings, excellent AC, full kitchen, clean and has great Galápagos character. Secondly, value. This is incredible value! Thirdly and most of all, the hosts - they are such a charming and real couple. Anita and her husband Danielle are the real deal. They are most gracious. Thank you guys.

The house was very comfy. The openers were very helpful in finding tours and things to do. The Terrace was nice to sit and relax and read. Location is close to the center without all the noise of bars. The doggie(charlotte) was wonderful. Nice bathroom.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Evelyn is a wonderful host and great at communicating. The property is big comfortable and well equipped. It’s super close to the airport while at the same time a short walkable distance to the boardwalk/beach. A supermarket is couple of short blocks away and Kitchen is well stocked with all basic supplies so it was very convenient to prepare breakfast/light meals during our stay.
