One significant advantage of the flat is the natural wooden floor in the bedrooms, which means no annoying, smelly carpets. The flat is fully equipped; you will find everything you need in the kitchen, including a spacious fridge, coffee machine, toaster, stove, dishwasher, cutlery, and so on. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom, which is shared among three rooms, as well as a hairdryer. Furthermore, there's even a projector in the living room, which is available for communal use. Communication with the owner was smooth, fast, and pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment.
