Located in the heart of Shanghai, Green Court Residence City Center, Shanghai(Original name: Green Court Serviced Apartment-People’s Square) is a 10-minute walk from the bustling Nanjing Road Pedestrian street, Apple Shop, East Nanjing Road Underground Station (Line 2 & 10) and People's Square Underground Station (Line 1, 2, 8). Free Wi-Fi is available. Great location near main pedestrian street that will eventually take you to the famous Bund. Also subway is nearby, we took Maglev and subway from Pudong airport and when leaving we took the same subway to the train station. The room was great, it had everything we needed. You can do laundry directly in the room, there is a washer, they supply detergent. The breakfast was worth it, it's a buffet with a mix of Chinese and European food. Everyone could find something for them. The receptionists were friendly, spoke good English and were willing to help.

The rooms are spacious, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the stay and feel like home! Cleaning is perfect and I always found my room so neat and clean, even I specifically did not wanted my bedclothes changed every day (and that did not happened) but they looked like . I had an amazing stay and cannot recommend the property more as it is so convenient and with such high level of services! Thank you all there!

Location was great, our first & last meal was right next door firstly because it was convenient & lastly because it was so delicious! The subway was also just a short walk away & easy enough to figure out.

Is 3.8 km from the apartment and People's Square is 3.9 km away. We stayed 6 nights and it was perfect. The metro station(s) are a few minutes away. You get instructions as well how to get to the apartment. The building is a bit older than you think, but the apartment is good. You have also a washing machine. Lily took care also the mandatory registration to the local police and she also welcomed us a bit earlier that the normal check-in. If you want an apartment to visit Shanghai and around it, this place was perfect for us.

The apartment has family rooms. Everything was excellent. Started off with our host Lily organising our taxi from the airport and our return journey. To showing us around the apartment. Explaining everything in detail. To giving us recommendations for restaurants. Lily could not of been better. The apartment itself was spacious. With a wonderful view from the balcony. Comfortable beds to excellent heating and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Extra bed linen. Great location. Only a left at the gates for shopping to a full sized supermarket 5 minutes walk away. 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Lily sent us photos of where to go and of what restaurants to go to. Kevin's Old House is located at the downtown area of Shanghai, just a 10-minute stroll from Jing'an Temple Subway Station (Line 2). It features European-inspired accommodation with classic furnishings and elegant décor. Well located in familiar center of Shanghai alleys. Mr Soo at the front desk was awesome and so was the cleaning lady who kindly took care of own drying. Breakfast was wonderful. Will consider booking again next time back to Shanghai.
