Like, for example, they saw that my car didn't have the vignette in the right place and they advise me to put it right to avoid a fine. If I had stayed in a hotel they would not even care I think. Hey also attended to other personal and specific requests I had (for personal reasons I wont share) and they did go above and beyond what I would have expected. Breakfast was very good as well.

Lovely apartment in a very quiet but convenient area. The links into Basel are excellent, the Lidl up the road a real bonus and there are plenty of reasonably priced (for Switzerland) within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is lovely, with great space and absolutely everything you need or could want for. Sammy and Nellie are both great hosts and kept us informed of everything before the trip, but not at all imposing while we were visiting. We had a very enjoyable stay and was really well priced considering Eurovision was on!
