I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

Housed in a 19th century building in Niagara Falls, Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and parking. All of the rooms with an upper balcony enjoy a view of the Niagara Gorge. Good service, very nice staff and even the smallest details were perfect! Certainly recommend this as a stay in stead of the big franchise hotels! Also the breakfast was very good!

Surrounded by well-tended grounds, Butterfly Manor is just 3 km from the popular Niagara Falls. Very friendly and helpful landlord and landlady. We had a great 2-night stay at Cozy House B&B. The host was very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable in every manner. The kitchen was well-equipped with all cooking items with lots of stuff in the fridge for our use. The cooked breakfast was quite sumptuous and filling and a must-have. The host also picked us up and dropped us off at Buffalo airport for a fee which turned out to be very convenient for us, we didn’t have to worry about transport across the border. We would highly recommend Cozy House B&B.

We arrived so late than we’re supposed to be, but welcomed so nicely and treated us so well with heavenly delicious light bites. So nice room status and perfect vibes. I strongly recommend you if you have plans to visit Canada to see the falls.

The property was immaculate, we stayed in the Gaugin bedroom, bed was excellent w/private bathroom. Her daily breakfast was delicious. The location was walking distance to all attractions. We will definitely return.

Exceptional bed and breakfast experience. Following an overnight layover at YYZ airport, we commenced our journey at the earliest rental car opening. Upon arrival at approximately 9:00 AM, our hosts graciously accommodated an early check-in before the standard 03:00 PM, including breakfast service. The proprietors demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The convenient location enhanced our stay significantly, and I intend to return and recommend this establishment to my associates. Highly recommended.
