We had a great stay at Bujtina Terthorja. We stayed there just before the start of our Peaks of the Balkans trek and they even helped a bit with our logistics for the hike. From there there's a ~15 min downhill shortcut to the beginning of the trail. Our room was new and clean and the food we had, dinner and breakfast, was delicious. Staff and service are nice and they respond well and promptly via WhatsApp.

This place is an amazing location right near the city center. They have free parking in a locked area. Whether you have a car or not it’s a perfect spot. There is tons of space, everything is super clean, full kitchen with all that you need even salt and pepper and oil. Extra blankets and towels if you need. There is a washer and a drying rack. A beautiful deck. Close to supermarkets etc. I think it was the best place I stayed in Albania, and I stayed a lot of places.

The guesthouse offers absolutely stunning views, and having breakfast outdoors is an experience in itself here! For those planning to hike between Valbone and Theth, this guesthouse is practically on the route, making it incredibly convenient. Unlike many other guesthouses that are much further away, you won't have to search far to find this gem. The owner was friendly, and the breakfast was unbelievably good. The fig jam, in particular, was so delicious that I wished I could take some home. The guesthouse was clean, and having two bathrooms was a major plus. I would love to return here!
