Beach is close and there are places with natural shade. You have your own parking space. Rovinj city is 10 minutes by car and it is absoultely beautiful. Staff was helpfull and friendly.

Location wise it is near to coach station (10mins walking), near to public club on fri/sat night and the hotel is located inside Kotor old town.

Great place to stay at. Gives you the flexibility of doing what you want but being close to nature while you have all the facilities that are available in a hotel but in a camping. Mobile homes are clean and good sizes.

I can’t find one thing to say bad about this place. The place is heaven, the food is the best. The staff are more than friends “best i ever dealt with” The tour to the farm is amazing I stayed for one night had, bf, lunch and dinner and came the very next day again for dinner… and if i had more time i would have returned again

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Very clean, comfortable and very very friendly staff. I dont know if its Split or the hotel, but taking a shower there felt better than at home!
