This place is truly exceptional: Combines a beautiful view over the mountains, lake and distant ocean with a distinct NZ or UK-feeling of design, a nice romantic Hobbit-garden - and sounds of Nature all around. We came here in the middle of the night. The receptionist was friendly, but didn't speak any english. Still, they were very accommodating as they reached out to us via Whatsapp and pointed us in the right direction of a 7-Eleven where we could find an ATM for cash. The room was spacious and clean, and it was perfect for us. The bed was huge and I slept amazingly. The bathroom was spacious and clean, the toilet was very modern as well. Check in was easy and check out was even simpler. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and they put away my coat for me behind their reception as well. I'd definitely come here again.
