It was really a stunning place with excellent view to the fjord. The cabin we rented was perfect for the four of us, we could sit outside and enjoy the view during our dinner. The receptionist was really kind and helpful, they made delicious pizza for us (because it was a national holiday and everything was closed).

I loved the hospitality of Mara, the host of Eide Gard. Who gave me some very good tips for nice spots in the area of Skjolden. Particularly Jotunheimen Nasjonalpark and a very helpful app for hiking routes.

Great location with wonderful view on the fjord, the tent was very comfortable, clean and tidy, good standard of bathroom despite it was outside. Great kitchen next to the tents..

The place was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was really nice. We loved spending time on the terrace right above the water and enjoyed Kafé Marifjøra, which is very close.

A little out of the way but very comfortable when you arrive. Full kitchen if you want to cater for yourself and wood fired stove to keep nice and cosy. After doing some of the local hikes it was very nice to come back and use the spa. We even had a visit from the friendly local cows.
