Very friendly staff and their effort to use online instant translator to communicate with foreign guests is appreciated. Quick response to my question upon booking. The Japanese style guestroom I stayed in was big, clean, comfortable and enjoyed a panoramic seaview. Breakfast was great. The hotel enjoys a tranquil environment, but restaurants or shops are not within short walking distance, i.e. visiting there with a car will be better.

We have a nice day in the Retreat. Although the weather is not good on the day of arrival (so heavy rain), but we got a happy day in the tent and we enjoy the delicious BBQ so much . The staff Mr. Siu Chi Yung is so nice and he help us to play the fireworks outdoor, the kids are so happy about that . He also help us to arrange the tennis court when we needed help. Everything was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped. The common area and the room are very pleasant! My sister and I had our own room with two beds. We shared the bathroom with 2 other women, which was no problem at all! We will definitely recommend this accommodation to others. There is very pleasant air conditioning in the room and the view from the room is a dream!!!
