We had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was a fantastic experience. We had access to the entire house, and all the facilities were included, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The space was well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing time, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living areas. The host was amazing—extremely friendly and always available to answer any questions or offer assistance..The host responded promptly to our messages, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Amazing place, from pick up at the station until we left / everything was perfect! All the staff were exemplary, catering to all our needs. The dinner was worthy of Michelin imo, grande course with so many options. The breakfast too and it snowed so everything was beautiful, the views 😍 We had private onsen room and the room was huge, steeped in tradition and the onsen was lushhhh especially when you open the door the combo of heat and cold! will be back again, recommended!

All very clean, very friendly and welcoming. A lovely big Japanese room with clean futon sets. Onsen is not too big but clean and not too busy. The dinner and breakfast were so well made, with all local ingredients, could see and taste all prepared with great care. We also loved the fact that it was so healthy and not too heavy. Coffee at their lovely Japanese breakfast was a real bonus too!

Only a 5-minute walk from JR Kamimoku Train Station, Tatsumikan boasts in 5 indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths and meals featuring local dishes.

Such a lovely and more traditional experience, the food, the people, sleeping on futon, using the kotatsu and the onsen was so nice. Absolutely loved the stay here. I'm not a big seafood person but I still really enjoyed all of the meals, there was always plenty of delicious things to eat even if there were one or two I was being picky about.
