This place offered experience above all expectations. Real gem, stylishly preserved according to its Bauhaus architecture. Very beautiful garden with swimming pool. Breakfast served with prime dishes.We felt almost privileged to stay here. Signora Cuniolo is a warm and caring host and told us about the history of the house.Superior class everything.

We had an amazing stay! The place is absolutely beautiful – even better than in the photos. It’s a cozy and private spot, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved spending time by the pool in the lovely company of the dogs. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. This place left a truly wonderful impression on us, and we will definitely be coming back!

We pick this place to stop on our way from Milano to Rome, and didn’t thought it would become the jewel 💎 of our vacation. This amazing villa is all you need to relax, rest and enjoy from this beautiful area, a huge garden. My most important recommendation is to have dinner at this amazing villa, the food is delicious and the wine is prefect. Valentina and Luigi are the most wonderful hosts. We only regret spending one day here, next time we will spend much more time. Very recomend.

Very well located in the outlet center with good restaurants around the corner. Paola and her family were super nice, helpful, welcoming and friendly. Utilities were great and a breakfast basket was offered with free coffee and hot drinks in the morning. Kitchen was also super.

This is very good place for stay (not long distance from train station and city center), the owner is very helpful, speaking English. The room was very clean, inside the room and bathroom you can find many amenities that are missing even in more expensive hotels (space for towels, cosmetics and clothes when you are using the bathroom, the maps and informations about town you are, sleep mask and earplugs etc.). The owner took care of the very nice interior design.

    The fascinating old Italian villa with a history that dates back to the 1930s, a funny and kind manager, and meeting the owner of the villa- Madame Gabrielle. The swimming pool was just right the thing- very nice to cools down after a long road. The furniture is comfortable, there are old decorations also. Very historical and authentic atmosphere , the view is good. Thank you so much for such an impression- it’s an inspirational heaven for writers and artists!

    Very friendly reception. An old house with nicely renovated rooms in the old tradition, modern bathroom. Nice court with a big tree where we could just sit and enjoy the nice view into the landscape and where we had breakfast. Mombisaggio is a tiny village near Tortona.

    the facility is unique because it is an old villa that has been renovated to have four luxurious rooms. The villa has kept its original appearance and the interior looks impressive, as if you have returned to the past. Breakfast is not just delicious food, but a whole experience.

An old family mansion has been lovingly converted to an intimate bed and breakfast in a sleepy hilltop village.
