    Villa Livia is an ideal place to spend your time in Ischia. Overarching the town of Ischia ponte, with a beautiful view on the castle, the villa offers a relaxing escape from the heat under the shade of its pine trees and in the comfort of its lush garden. The architecture of the villa is very nice and special, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is an everyday feast. Marianna, Francesco and their team are adorable and really did their best to make us feel welcome and at home. Thanks for the great holidays and memories!

    This property was absolutely outstanding! The grounds were gorgeous. The villa was gorgeous. It was immaculate. Constantino and his helpers were incredibly attentive. Their breakfast was top notch.

    Amazing location - you can see almost everything from the villa - the walk from the beach is a bit steep but the view is so worth it. Very good breakfast also. The hosts were truly amazing, Raffaela and her family are so nice and kind!! I can only recommend this amazing place.

    We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Olivia, the room was absolutely beautiful and we were able to make meals at the kitchenette to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the sea and stunning sunset. The garden was very special and spending time by the pool next to the grapevines was very relaxing. Olivia was an exceptional host and gave us many pointers for exploring the island, and was always available to help. Could not recommend more highly and we hope to return to stay again someday!     Very nice apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, beautiful patio with flowers around. Just across the street is a nice small beach with clear water, perfect for morning swimming with the fish and enjoying the sunset in the evening. Nice owner. Perfect holiday home at the beach:)
