This was a fine stay for our layover in Rome. Easy walking distance to restaurants and close to the beach. The room was very clean, and the hosts were super hospitable. They took us to the airport the next day for a very reasonable price - let's say half the taxi fares. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

When we arrived that day, it was already past ten o'clock at night, yet the landlord had been waiting for us all the time. The moment we opened the door, we were really pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen, bathroom, and all the electrical appliances were fully equipped. There was also a very large balcony. The couple of landlord were very nice. They patiently explained to us the precautions for entrance and exit, as well as how to park in the garage. They were really wonderful.

    We arrived FCO airport in the evening - to save the hassle we decided to stay with Villa Rosita. It fit us perfectly with its proximity to the airport, simple and clean room, comfy beds. A good variety of pastries and drinks to choose from, nothing really fancy. Overall more than enough for a night stay, very happy with it.

    Very easy to reach, the sign of the accomodation quite visible. less than 10 minutes from the airport. I arrived quite late in the evening but I could make the check in without any problem.. I stayed in a spacious room with private bathroom, in a villa with nice green corners. I made an early check out (5 am), but I had the possibility to take a coffee from the automatic machine, there were also packaged snacks, a tart and a 'ciambellone'

    Lovely! Location was a costal village. Mixed homes near by. Seemed a little sketch at first but all was wonderful!! Close to the airport. It was a family affair! Mom, dad and son all greeted us during our stay. All so incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! I saw several reviews that knocked breakfast. We found it lovely, especially for the nightly price!!

    Do you want to witness the worst tragic movie with the most barbaric and inhuman villain. Such was my experience with this property Giramondo Luxe. Words are not enough to describe what my family went through. It has been 2 months since it happened, and my hands still tremble as I type this as we cannot get over what happened to us. Grab a Popcorn and a hand kerchief! Read the attachments which shows the Whatsapp screenshots to run you through the screenplay.

    We needed a place near the airport for an overnight stopover in Rome. The villa complex is a bit worn and needs more maintenance, but it's clean and spacious inside. Its best feature is the location—just a 5-minute walk to a lively beach with bars offering good food, coffee, and drinks. It's close to the airport, and they provide a shuttle service for 20 euros each way. I left my drone on the shuttle, and was sure it was gone forever but they found it and returned it within the hour.
