Brand new property, surrounded by the woods. The B&B has only 3 rooms and you have the sensation of being in your own second house far from home! The owner and host was extremely friendly and helpful; great breakfast, with different choices and fresh/local products

Everything was just perfect and even much better then we expected. The owner is very helpful and always prompt reacted if any questions arise. The area is quite and nice, and you will enjoy amazing views from terrace and garden. Every detail in the house is thorough out and make you feel like at home. You will have everything needed during stay and for us it was one of the best place we ever stayed. Definitely recommend for everyone who is planned a trip to Como.

Outdoor Jacuzzi: One of the villa's highlights was the outdoor jacuzzi. It was an absolute delight to unwind in the warm waters Attentive Owner: Davide, the villa's owner, was incredibly attentive and hospitable. He made sure every detail was taken care of and was always available to assist with any needs or inquiries. His local knowledge was invaluable for exploring the area. Nearby Restaurant: Another perk was the lovely restaurant just across the garden. The food was exquisite, offering a range of delicious local dishes. Proximity to the Lake: The villa's location was ideal, being within walking distance of a beautiful lake. Overall, our experience at villa was exceptional. This location is just amazing! Claudia and Lorenzo made this guesthouse with care and love. Modern furniture meets ancient elements and make apartment cosy and stylish. The apartment is equipped with high quality household appliances. We liked a lot picturesque terrace with astonishing views. Guesthouse is located in quite place that was filled only with birdsongs. Lots of useful information valuable for tourists were provided by Lorenzo and Claudia. We appreciate a lot hospitality of the owners!

The apartment was excellent, comfortable spotless and a lovely terrace with stunning views. We were delighted to see a washing machine after a week of hotels. Kitchen was well equipped so well that we decided to cook rather than eat in restaurants ( you can get tired of that). The terrace is a beautiful spot with table and chairs to dine out. Even a good table cloth was provided. The kitchen had a dishwasher and tablets were provided for it and the washing machine. A home from home. Very comfortable large bed. The mill conversion from a ruin to stunning apartments is a tribute to the young owners. Claudia in particular was a lovely host. Calico has a ferry service that allows you to visit all the towns in the area. We got a later ferry in Bellano a few km down the road as we were too late for the Calico one. We enjoyed our lazy breakfast on the terrace. A wonderful place to relax

    The villa is amazing, there’s restaurant just there with amazing food. Location is great, it’s 1 min walk to the lake, and just the nature around it is breathtaking The Host Davide welcomed us with complementary treats, brought us croissant in the morning 😩 I wish to come back there again definitely! ❤️

    I don't even know where to start - the stay at Francesca's excellent Foresteria Villa Margherita was amazing from start to end! She is a very welcoming person and cares about every guest. It's a familiy environment which we absolutely adored. The pool and the view is stunning, so are the rooms. Very cosy, easy but with style, clean and large. I hope we can return this year again! Thank you :)
