The staff, Werner in particular, we’re very helpful with information and any questions we had. Hotel is basic but clean and good value. Simple but nice breakfasts. The photos do not reflect the beautiful view from the cabin and its special location. Remy and Darina make sure that your experience will be not less than amazing, they help with everything you want: Shuttles, tours, explanation of the village, etc.. and of course the food they cook at a very, very high level! We were there for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and it was very hard for us to leave. Truly this is the most magical place we've spent time in!Guest review bySapirYoung couple
