Location is wonderful, very modern, safe, extremely well kept property, nice quiet and relaxing which gets lots of sunshine. There are plenty of sun loungers next to the pool, which is cleaned every day. The bed is so comfortable plenty of good sleep can be had. Maria is a very friendly accommodating host and the staff are always very friendly and pleasant. The cleaner ( I forgot her name ) does a wonderful job, the place is spotless. Property is maintained to perfection with beautiful shrubs and amazing smelling roses. There are a lot of mini markets, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The accommodation was clean and nicely furnished. The bed consisted of two small beds pushed together, so they separated a little, but it didn’t bother us. There is a safe in the room. The kitchen is small but sufficient for preparing basic meals (it has two pots, a pan, cutlery, a cheese grater, and bowls). There is a working fridge with a freezer and a double hot plate. The bathroom is spacious enough, with hot water available 24/7. The room also has a balcony with seating. We stayed on the ground floor, so some cats from the yard would come to visit – if you’re allergic, it’s best to contact the accommodation in advance. Cats were also seen around the outdoor areas. The exterior of the accommodation was beautiful, with colorful flowers, lovely outdoor seating, and a nice pool with pleasantly warm water. There is also a large private parking area. Cleaning was done daily, and the cleaning staff kept everything very tidy. Beach and pool towels are also available for rent. The A/C functioned very well. The owner is kind and responds very quickly on WhatsApp. He was waiting for us upon arrival and explained everything.

Vasiliki and her family sensational hosts. Very helpful and smiling. Property in a great location proximity to very good restaurants and the beach. Rooms clean and well maintained. I recommend to anyone who wants to spend a nice time in Zakynthos. I would love to return there with my family.

    I really loved the privacy of the villa and that even though all four villas are next to one another no one overlooks you. The view also is absolutely stunning regardless if you’re on the sunbed in the pool or even waking up and looking out your bed. The location is very quiet everyone is respectful regarding noise and it does feel a little like being in paradise.

    Fantastic villa in a great location. Andreas and the team were available 24/7 to assist us. A welcome pack with basic essentials was provided upon arrival (even a desert was given), and I can't thank them enough for all their support. A car is essential, which enabled us to access many of the beaches in the local area that were all white sands, calm water, and had good beach bars/restaurants.

    We loved loved loved this property an Island.The pictures don't do it justice. Very lovely people, arranged rental cars to be delivered at the Villa. The fridge was stacked with waters and some basic items like bread, butter, cheese, ect. Overall the Villa had everything you would possible need and want. In general driving is not crazy, it's hilly and curvy but everyone takes their time. Everyone we met was super nice, this Island and Villa is a hidden gem. Can't wait to go back.

    The quality of the pool and villa was exceptional. Location fantastic, a lovely area of beaches and restaurants. Quiet with sea views, we were a family of 4 + 2 x grandparents. This was the perfect villa for our stay. Clean/modern in style. The pool was really warm and cleaned every morning. The villa was cleaned/new sheets and towels twice during our stay too which was brilliant.
