This is just a perfect apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable with large bathroom. Kitchen is new and stocked well with appliances. It has a moveable mosquito net on the balcony door, so you can keep the balcony door open without worrying the bugs will come in. The apartment was always cool, and only once we had to turn on the AC. We loved the location, it is close to everything but still a bit separated from the crowds and the noise. It is located near a small town square with few quiet coffee places and bakeries which usually locals visit.

Great place! If you love a place created with Soul, then this is here! Lovely very friendly hostess who tried to make our stay very comfortable. Very cozy, clean, beautiful. The view from the window to the sea is amazing. I liked everything. Especially the atmosphere. I traveled with two small children - I felt as comfortable as possible. I am grateful to the Hostess for this place. My only regret is that we only had one night at this place. I'm sure I'll be back.

This is an excellent guest house located in the historical centre of the wonderful Kos in a calm and quite place. It is close to the harbour, all the good restaurants and the bus station, it will take you just few minutes to walk to the architectural sites of the city. Pauline, her husband and her sister are amazing hosts, they are very helpful, friendly and caring. We were happy to get to know this wonderful family. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed for our 3 days stay. Even if you lack something Pauline and her family will sure help you out. The division of the apartment into separate rooms, its location and the Greek style decoration were all excellent. I personally like the traditional style, while everything was also fully functional, clean and in top condition. We had a very comfortable stay, used the kitchen and the washing machine, enjoyed an early morning swim 50 meters from the apartment and went to visit all the main attractions in Kos Town on foot. We also managed to park close to the apartment every day.

I stayed in this beautiful penthouse apartment for 3 days and my holiday was just perfect. Mr. Stavros met me when arrived and gave me all the necessary information and tips to visit Kos in the best way. He was really the kindest host, he lives in the same building so he is at your disposal all the time, in case you need. The apartment is super clean, very cozy, it has an amazing terrace with a beautiful view on Kos Town. Its position is excellent. About 5 min from the main bus stop and from the port.

    From start to finish we had the most amazing stay. The staff, katerina and everyone else looked after us to the highest standards. The villa was exceptional, watching the sunsets by the pool and having your own privacy. Would recommend having a car for the stay to get in and out of the town.
