It's a paradise in paradise! Evia island is pure beauty and so relaxing. And staying at Lithos Villas you have the whole island just in front of you, sun all day long, beautiful sunrise and sunset, fantastic authentic greek interior and so so so nice people! New private place, 10 min drive from Karistos, great design, there are many different beaches around, one just below the place, gorgeous views from the terrace The place is small, only 4 villas, so no common facilities, no breakfast, so it would be wise to stop on the way to buy some stuff in a supermarket, there are everything necessary in the kitchen to cook a simple food but for lunch and dinner better to drive out.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The hosts have kindly provided some drinks and snacks as well as varieties of coffee for our stay. We also visited the restaurant which was nice but worked only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. As the apartment is on the other side of the house, it was not noisy. The apartment is on the first floor and the stairs were challenging for my husband who has a walking disability. This wouldn’t be an issue for a healthy person.

Spotless place with air conditioning in all rooms that kept the house cool in the summer heat. Towels and shower/ bath products were provided, which made our stay comfortable. The host was super kind, met us to hand over the keys and had laid out snacks and breakfast for our stay. 100% recommend and will be staying there again, if I visit Karystos in the future :)
