Karrawa is a lovely home with a very comfortable guest room and an exquisitely appointed en-suite. Everything was so clean and Fyona was quite friendly snd welcoming. Our cooked breakfast was delicious. I wish we had been able to spend more time there.

I had such a nice stay here. Owner made me breakfast to go early in the morning when I had to go pick my mum up at the ferry and she was able to have a shower before we checked out. Wifi worked well. Place was very clean.

Everything was wonderful. So well equipped and with a fabulous amount of information about places to see on Orkney and surrounding islands So beautifully clean and well maintained it was like being at home.

The view was absolutely stunning, not only from the terrace but from the whole apartment, even if you lie in the bed. The apartment was super clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped, everything you need from toilet paper, dishwashing soap to coffee capsules nothing missing there. It was easy to communicate with the owners and they even left some milk, butter, cheese and Prosecco for us in the fridge. Parking in front of the apartment was a big plus for us. We’ll definitely come back!

Beautiful and private lodge with amazing views over Stromness bay. Amazing welcome pack and well enough equipped for the size of the lodge. Hot tub was great. Balcony was ample for the 2 of us and allowed enough privacy from the other lodges as well as surrounding properties Short walk down into Stromness for shops and a great base to explore Orkney mainland.
