Helen is a fantastic host. She has great attention to detail and is so kind, caring and considerate. Her cooking skills are second to none, the best B&B breakfast we've ever gotten! Still dreaming of her delicious brown bread! The room was comfortable, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. A fantastic peaceful and beautiful place to stay. I've been to Broadleys hill studio 5 or 6 times and will certainly return again. Danny and Josie are great hosts and will make you feel very welcome indeed. The studio is out in the countryside with lovely views particularly of the starry sky and over to the sperrin mountains. It's easy to get to a lot of interesting places from here too! The studio itself is really clean and homely and decorated to a high standard with everything you need for a lovely stay. You can tell that Danny & Josie look after this place like their own home.

We liked EVERYTHING about this property, from the location, the facilities, the friendliest host, the welcome basket with breakfast goodies, the flowers, the fields, the cows, the river…. I could go on! We did so much during our stay, both outside exploring some beautiful landmarks, and inside, playing pool and writing poems ❤️I would highly recommend this place! Heaven ❤️

Amazing house with incredible hosts. We booked the apartment very late and the family waited for us until 11:00h pm. The house is renovated with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, very comfortable beds, definitely I will come back.

I loved that the property was a good one hour walk into town, as walking is my passion. I should add that I chose it based on location for this purpose and was very lucky with the weather. There is ample parking for guests that use their cars. I really liked the old style interior decoration and warm atmosphere of the guest house, particularly the breakfast room. Very clean.
