We got complete instructions for our arrival. We loved the house and the apartment. The location is fantastic - near the railway station and walking distance to harbour. Our host was very helpful. The apartment was completely equipped so as we could make a nice dinner and breakfast.

    Great location, very friendly and helpful welcome, very good communication via e-mail, only 2 minutes drive to channel tunnel, thank you for the lunch packet instead of breakfast; that was very helpful as we left the premesis at 5:45 a.m.! Excellent eveningmeal at the Gatekeeper Inn in the next village - thank you for the recommendation! Very interesting chat with Gordon - thank you for the historical information. During our next visit we will take the time to explore the area.

    Excellent location for the chunnel, Rob and his dad Gordon are excellent hosts. The rooms are comfortable with tea/coffee supplied and a very enjoyable continental breakfast included. The property is in a quiet location, pet friendly and has a decent pub in the village a mile away.

    Location was perfect, with a harbourside view of the day to day workings of a seaside village (as it probably was years back). Good welcoming host, no fuss, come and go as you please (own rear access entrance door). Bottled water and coissant most welcome, along with the usual tea & coffee etc. Good access to all amentities, shops, pubs (obvs!), harbour and beachfront. Room semmed to be newly refurbished, tidy shower, lovely crisp bedding.

    The location is great for Eurostar trips. It is really few minutes away. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Pet friendly and our dog loved it. Good pub in a nearby village. Tea and coffee facilities.

    It is located near the Euro Tunnel and quiet. We stayed for one night and the accommodation really fit what we were looking for. We also visited the village Hythe and had a lovely meal there. The owners are very friendly and provided a nice breakfast at the time that suited us perfectly.

    Great location for Eurotunnel in the morning. Quiet. Good shower, good continental breakfast served to your door in the morning. Dog friendly. Excellent village pub for evening meal just up the road but to avoid disappointment, I recommend you book as far ahead as you can.
