The complete visit at VJS guest house was wonderful NO COMPLAINTS at all I would recommend it to anyone. The owners is extremely nice, very loving, and the guest house very clean very much open to feel like you are home, so basically home away from home. The view is awesome. You can look at all the water across the road. I want to thank the owners for allowing me to have such a comfortable warming. Nice stay at there guest home.

The host was the absolute heart of the accommodation! I booked this place thinking it was a multi room hotel so when we arrived in the middle of nowhere to a house perched up a very steep hill, I didn't think we were in the right place so we drove off. The GPS redirected us back and when we got back we were happily greeted by Jo-Ann, whose beautiful smile never left her face for the three days of our stay. Other than her smile, we enjoyed chatting with J-A a lot about gardening, island politics, her projects and both our world views:) The apt. is rather small yet has everything one needs and we tended to live outside anyway, enjoying the garden and the magnificent ocean view with a glimpse of Marie-Galante. But this hostess with the mostess has a super power to discover: she's an amazing chef cook! I don't know where she finds all the ingredients yet she knows how to handle her chicken, fish and plenty of veggies, and she's generous too!!! Both breakfast and dinner were equally scrumptious, delicious and with lots of variety. Thanks again Jo-Ann for your warmest of welcomes.

The description and photographs don’t come close to describing what a magical place this is. It’s not a deluxe resort so don’t come here if you want air con and a minibar. Do come if you want to find the best beaches and waterfalls to visit in Dominica and if you don’t have a car ( we didn’t) I can’t think of better guides than Pavla and Jan. They have created something really special.

Set in Calibishie, 1.7 km from Number One Beach, Calibishie Sandbar offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a bar. The property features city views.

The breakfast was exceptional. Each morning we had warm meal, meat, fried bananas, salad, juice, we were ready for the whole day. The owner is very nice lady, taking care of her guests. Nearby are many interesting places: beautiful Batibou Bay, Red rocks and chocolate factory with very good dark chocolate.

Susan and Wendy were super kind. We could pick fruits from their garden. The cabin is beautiful, well maintained and clean. Everything we needed for the stay was there. Calibishie is also a very nice small village with everything there whay you need.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The property is a tropical paradise. Located in a very tranquil location at the end of a rd. Keith was an excellent host who was always checking to make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend this apt which is in a very safe location. It is a n easy walk to the village.

The surroundings : beautiful nature, peaceful, the attention during the check-in. The river in the backyard. The room was amazing with all facilities inside. The housekeeper and the owner are so nice. I really appreciate their flexibility. Due to Erin's cyclone my boat departed 2 days after. I had to make necessary adjustment to planning which was well understood and accepted.
