Everything was perfect from the start of our weekend until the end. We loved the design of the hotel, the rooms and above all that Petra and her team were just exceptional with regards to friendliness, being very attentive and just making sure that everything was perfect during our stay. It is definitely THE hotel to stay in Fieber Brunn and the Kitzbühel area. When you stay there make sure that you also visit their restaurant, the S4 Alm just a 10 min walk from the hotel. Great food and great service!

The host went above and beyond to meet our requirements, we were able to drop our bags off early and head to the slopes. On request they provided us with fresh bread, eggs ,milk and homemade jam each morning. The sending off home in person at the end of the holiday was a very nice touch.
