A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

The name is so appropriate - a cosy little studio with everything I needed at a great price. The room was so quiet at night with only the flowing water below to listen to outside, despite being so close to the centre. Bedsheets were super soft, great WiFi and great hosts.

Very clean and comfortable modern apartments at the very centre of Yerevan with lots of great restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Seamless check-in and check-out. The apartments are in an enclosed section with a laundry room that has both a washing machine and a dryer. It’s quiet inside despite the central location.

Staff were very helpful, providing information on supermarkets and anything else you'd need to know. Our room was large and comfortable with Air Con in the living room, but not bedroom, however the bedroom still cooled down no problem. The location is quiet despite being above a busy road. It is about 30 to 45 mins from town depending which direction you go, I don't recommend walking due to traffic and it's not a particularly nice walk. We did it once and then took Yandexgo. Nice outdoor area to sit and have a drink though a little noisy from the traffic below. Fantastic restaurant Keghar is 10 minutes walk up the hill, highly recommend going there.

Thank you for this. + The room was as described and very clean, with regular cleaning service. + Very convenient to have a washing machine and a kitchen for a long stay. + The large closet allowed us to put all our clothing away and feel at home without needing to open our suitcases all the time. + The staff were professional and friendly. + Location is very central and close to everything. + Good air-conditioning.
