Everything good in a nice area of the city with the river directly behind the site: front desk Lucy and Katie, super helpful and personable, upgraded to a large downstairs suite (because of stair climbing difficulties) with a balcony over the swimming pool, large clean swimming pool, good breakfast inside or outside by the pool (only a breakfast restaurant, but other food was available on site through the excellent local "Sunshine" restaurant about a two minute walk down the main street.), quiet, clean, probably the best accommodation we experienced on our month long visit to Thailand and Vietnam.

Breakfast was included, and we especially enjoyed the delicious Banh Mi served with tea and fresh fruit. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hoi An.

It was easy to see that this is one of the newest and most well-kept places on the island — everything felt so fresh and modern, yet still cozy and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with big windows that offered the best of both worlds: ocean views on one side and peaceful forest views on the other, where we even spotted some adorable monkeys! Our host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He made everything so easy — we rented both scooters and snorkelling gear directly through him, which made our island adventures super convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Cham Island — beautiful place, great service, and a truly relaxed atmosphere.

The location is great to get into Hoi An along the riverside - a 20 min walk. The host Simon speaks good English, is very helpful, and provides one of the best breakfasts we have had.
