Carolina always made sure I had some hot water to have a coffee in my room and wake up before I went for their delicious breakfast. Fruit, access to a kettle and bottled water was provided free of charge as well as record player, books and mosquito repellant plugs.

Situated in Colonia del Sacramento, Posada de la flor at the start of the historical district, offers free bikes, terrace and free WiFi. Very friendly and helpful staff! The building and rooms were beautiful, with a lovely inner courtyard with jasmine vines. There was a gluten-free option for the complimentary breakfast, which I really appreciated.

Just 1 block from Colonia’s picturesque historical circuit, guests can enjoy a swimming pool by the garden, views of De la Plata River and free Wi-Fi. Massage sessions are available. I loved the relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed the architecture of the building, the staff were gracious and just lovely, and the location could not be better. I especially enjoyed the pool, and used it on all but two days of my stay.
